The Gizam appears to be some kind of bug Seru. What is funny is that the special move Gizam hits you with is called "Water Column." However, that attack looks like its splashing ice, not water. Even the sound effect is of ice.
When using Gizam's Ra-Seru power, it uses the attack called Bubble Crush and will poison all the enemies on the field.
