Ixis | Ixis is just a normal citizen you'll see in town. He has a unique name and model, but has no real unique background to himself. The only surprising thing is that out of the four possible endings in the game, one is where he and Mei get married. He also seems to want to mirror Vahn's wishes (i.e. to wear a Ra-Seru). |

Juno | Juno is the father to Mei. He died while hunting for Rim Elm outside the gates. Apparently the Mist came early and some Seru attacked and killed him. |

Mei | Quote from the book
A kind-heart girl born and raised in Rim Elm. A childhood friend of Vahn, she also feels a love for Vahn that she cannot express. Although outwardly restrained in manner, she is tough to the core and reacts steadfastly to any threat. Mei probably plays the biggest role of the people in Rim Elm. She is in love with Vahn and encourages him into whatever he wishes. She is also only a year older than Vahn, making her 15. In one of the four endings to the game, Vahn takes Mei with him to explore the world. Her mother is Maya and her late father is Juno. |

Nene | Nene is the little sister to Vahn and seems to always be so caring for her big brother. She also saves him from dying from some bees. |

Val | Val is the father to Vahn. His leg was injured when trying to rescue Vahn, who bravely (and foolishly) went out to get Drake Water for his ill mother. He also appears to have a picture at the desk he sits at all the time. It faintly looks like a woman, but Vahn's mother also has blue hair so it's unknown to who it is. |

The Village Elder | The Village Elder is essentially the leader to the Rim Elm village. In most cases, for the main player, he only comes off as having some kind of advice. |

Tetsu | Tetsu helps the player learn how to fight in combat. He also helps teach how to use items, with the basic starting off as a healing leaf. Later in the game, he can help teach the three heroes some arts (if they do not know them already). He also originally came from Biron Monastery. |
