The shop in Rim Elm will be accessible after the Mist has cleared from the town. Likely, the reason is because the player doesn't start with enough money to go purchasing items. Get as much money as you can before clearing the Mist from Rim Elm if you're desperate for anything in particular. The hidden items will not show up until after you have obtained the Platinum Card from Drake Castle, which is after the Mist escapes that location. The player will have access to this shop throughout the entire game, except for after defeating the Final Mist Generator (<Jette's Absolute Fortress>). Note that this shop contains Weapons, Items, and Accessories.
