The Spike Lizard is a relatively weak creature. It is a bit fast, but it's not all that powerful with attacks. Typically, Lang will battle two of these when by himself because they're that weak. You should find yourself easily defeating these little guys with 1-2 attacks each - but just watch out for that special attack, Mortal Fear. It'll put venom into your character and make them lose some health every turn!
