Freed is a water Seru. Even though the type is "water" it uses all ice-based attacks. The special attack, Water Crystals, is a giant ice block that freezes around the character targeted and explodes into a bunch of shards.
When using Freed through the power of the Ra-Seru, it uses a move called "Freezing Point." The move attacks all enemies on the field. It isn't too powerful, even if you're using it right when capturing the power of Freed.
