Zora

Zora is the queen of the Floating Castle. She says how she is loved so much by Cort, so she considers Cort to be the King. Zora is the leader of the Delilas family and tells them to go to the Nivora Ravine in order to watch over Koru. Unfortunately, as you find at the end of the battle when Songi speaks out loud, Zora was misled and the Floating Castle was truly no good. None of the Mist was actually affecting the ground, considering that there is actually a Mist Generator right above Conkram (<Jette's Absolute Fortress>). What's confusing, though, is that even though the Mist from the Floating Castle is supposed to be only a trap, Karisto Station was still covered in the Mist only because of the Floating Castle. So in reality, it was helping put Mist over the planet.

Zora is also a servant in Conkram, as you find in Conkram (Past). In fact, Zora is the third to last boss you have to fight that is met in Conkram (Past). Considering her situation, she is more than likely to be under the influence of a Sim-Seru.

There are two special moves done by Zora. One is glare, which is the exact same move done by the Medusa family. The other is Dark Typhoon, which takes all three heroes and strikes them with a single powerful attack that takes 1000+ HP with no spirit. Which one is worse can be debatable, considering it's a game over with all three characters having glare. But Dark Typhoon can be more dangerous because of the damage it puts on the characters.
