Lu Delilas

Lu Delilas is the fastest of the three Delilas's. She uses her fists with lightning speed against Noa. The battle is only against Noa, considering the Delilas tradition is one-on-one battles only.

Even though it is not confirmed anywhere in the game, it's believed that the Delilas's all have a Sim-Seru. If you look at each one, they have something to cover parts of their bodies that seems similar to a Sim-Seru. Lu Delilas has one covering her legs and other various parts of her body, along with her back.

The special move from Lu Delilas is called Plasma Strike. Lu Delilas attacks Noa with a bunch of fast attacks and then a final uppercut attack. It's possible to block all the attacks, but it hasn't been confirmed for here whether the uppercut can be blocked.

A good strategy when battling all of the Delilas's is to follow the pattern of attacks they use. Their first two moves are always regular attacks, followed by their special attack. Then the pattern will repeat itself afterwards. Generally, you should make your first move an attack, followed by a heal, then spirit. This is the pattern that makes the battle the simplest and can keep you at full health right before the special attacks.
