Kabuki Rats are just giant rats that look like a crossbreed between a rat and a rabbit. Why rabbit? Because it hops. The only special move these monsters have is steal, which works the exact same way as the steal provided from Gobu Gobu.
Kabuki Rats also have a higher speed than most of the creatures you encounter outside Jeremi, so if it's your first time, Noa may be the only one attacking before it.
