The Evil Fly is actually a butterfly, although its name doesn't make that quite obvious. The Evil Fly is really slow, like the slime, and is also limited to its attacks. The only difference is that the Evil Fly's attack can make your character's status go to venom.
All the special attack is, is a move called Phosphor which smacks you a few times in a row with venom.
