Unfortunately, Vahn loses his home of Rim Elm for a while due to Songi's evil plot to summon Juggernaut over the poor village. So after saving the world from the Mist, the player will return to Rim Elm for the very last time. So make sure your visit is worthwhile.
Juggernaut is a giant Sim-Seru enveloping the entire town and will continue to grow over the years. Eventually, it should envelop the entire world and the world of Legaia will become one giant Sim-Seru. Of course, the player never gets to witness this; it's only what Songi had said to the heroes.
Inside Juggernaut, every single Seru that's been encountered in the game will appear and all at levels 3. Besides the encounter with Berserker Lv3 and Caruban Lv3, this will be the first and last time the player finds anything at that level (excluding Monsters). Juggernaut also contains all of the strongest armor and weapons for the three heroes. So it's best to search the entire thing for the items and then do whatever you want. For after you defeat the heart of Juggernaut, the game will be complete and you can't do anymore.
The heroes witness the power of Juggernaut while Songi is still alive, but cannot enter the Sim-Seru because of a giant force field that Songi created. It's probably similar, or the same, as the one on Mt. Letona (covering the Genesis Tree). After defeating Songi, the heroes will have all their Ra-Seru powerful enough to destroy the force field.
At the end of its life, the Ra-Seru will finally detach themselves from the three heroes and tell them their final goodbyes. They sacrifice themselves to completely remove Juggernaut from Rim Elm, granting everyone in the village a second chance in life along with permanent immunity to sickness and even injuries. Here's the goodbye dialog:
Thank you, Vahn. Thank you, Noa. Thank you, Gala. Together, we humans and Seru were stronger even than ancient Tieg himself. We are now heading beyond the twilight. But do not forget this: Humans and Seru are both born of Tieg, and are one. They have lived through the same era. It is time for humans to create their own futures. This is the last of our Seru powers.
When Rim Elm comes back to normal, the player has 4 (actually 3, just one with different dialogue) endings that they can chose from. It all depends on the choice they choose from Dr. Usha for what they want to do. Here are the choices and outcomes:
To thank the people who helped me. : Nothing, Vahn leaves by himself and says goodbye to everyone.
To see the Mist-free world. : Talk to Mei and she will travel with Vahn to see the Mist-free world.
To tell Noa my true feelings. : Mei gets engaged to Ixis.
To train at Biron Monastery. : Same as the first choice.
