While the Mist is present, there are four locations in which the player will be stopped to hear about how "thick" the Mist really is. The player will not be able to continue to the Mist Generator in these few cases. The only four locations that this happens are circled on the image to the left in blue. All of the numbered circles are there to help you understand which location is which according to the pictures below (and to find those items you can only get once!).

Number one is the location that can be reached right after Noa has exited Snowdrift Cave. Terra the wolf will explain the "valley of the Mist" and where it comes from. It is actually when the player will first hear of the Mist Generator. No matter the choice the player chooses to Terra's "ill response," the player will be forced to continue to Mt. Rikuroa to revive the Genesis Tree. |

Number two is found immediately after closing the Water Gate. Just head north a bit, as if you're going to the Mist Generator, and you'll find it easily. |

Basically right after you go through the second blocking, you only have to walk east a little bit (after exiting the blocking, of course). You will find another entrance to the Mist Generator. |

Before entering the West Voz Forest, take a pit stop and go west, as if you're heading for the Mist Generator. |
