Gi Delilas is one of the servants of Prince Cort and accepts the use of a Sim-Seru to serve Cort in changing the world of Legaia. It is unknown as to whether the Sim-Seru is actually controlling Gi Delilas or if it is only to gain extra power.
Gi Delilas was originally one of the bodyguards of King Nebular. His Sim-Seru seems to cover his arms, legs, and back.
