Terra is the wind Ra-Seru that belongs to Noa. She has been with Noa since Noa was only a baby, dropped off on Mt. Rikuroa by a Soren.
When obtaining the power of Terra (after defeating Songi (Part 3) at the Seru-kai), you can use the move called Queen Twister. The power of Terra can be found at the Genesis Tree on Mt. Rikuroa.
Terra is the only Ra-Seru of the three that is originally attached to something other than a Genesis Tree. It also shows that Ra-Seru do not only attach to humans, as Seru are supposed to.
Upon obtaining Terra, it says the following dialog: "Noa, listen well. You and I are now one. You now possess magnificent powers. You and Vahn must go on a journey to search out the Genesis Trees. The journey may be difficult, but remember that I will always be with you."
