After defeating Songi (Part 3) in the Seru-kai, head to the West Voz Forest. Next to the dead Genesis Tree you'll find a chest containing the Dark Stone. Take it to Zalan to get the Dark Talisman.
Jedo is the only one of the Stones/Talismans that cannot be confirmed as a Ra-Seru or not. Why not? Because Jedo is first discovered as a Dark Stone, not Dark Egg. Either way, it's placed under Ra-Seru for this website.
The special attack from Jedo is called Deadly Promise. It strikes the enemy with a large scythe, killing anything instantly.
