Storm Idol is a rather unexpected boss the player ends up fighting. After breaking the four main seals to the Thunder Mine, the player heads to the center of the mine. Suddenly, some lightning strikes hit a part of the Thunder Mine and the Storm Idol slowly appears. Whether it's some kind of "god" or spirit, it's not really known. However, the size alone tells the attack strength of the creature. Assuming you pumped up some AP before the battle, start off with trying to knock a lot of damage into the Storm Idol with variable arts. Afterwards, either use your Origins or hyper arts combined with normal arts. Overall, the creature is pretty weak so doing a variable art and 1-2 turns of hyper arts should easily knock this boss out.
